I went to the Silverstone Classic on Friday to check it out as a possible course location for 2013. I thought it may be a possible venue for another motor sport course which would be a supplement to our Goodwood Courses.
I have to say I was a little disappointed – the event is not a patch on the Goodwood Revival in my opinion and I felt a little cheated for my £37. The access to the cars is poor – the fencing restricts shots and only a limited number of grandstands were open. Because of the large run off areas you are along way from the track. So from a photography course perspective I’m not sure I will be adding it to the itinerary. Keep a look out for next years motor racing course and we still have a couple of places for the Revival at Goodwood this year. Check out this link for more information.:
