Made the most of the clear sky last night and met Mike Witt for a session doing some night sky shots at Tuft Hill in the New Forest. Very cold but great practice for Monument Valley in a few weeks where it will hopefully be a lot warmer.

Stormy Day at Portland
Had a great day out today with Mike Witt down at Portland. Mike was trying out his new Nikon camera – the weather was stormy but dry and a real challenge – lots of spray and flat lighting with the odd burst of sun. Here are some shots by photographer Michael Hodgson taken on a recent 1-2-1 day. The weather was terrible but we managed to get some shots at the Rhinefield Ornamental drive before the rain set in.

Dorset Course
The last Dorset Course of 2015 took place this week. Thanks to Terry, Clive and Russ for coming along and making it so enjoyable. The weather was changeable to say the least but we managed to get some great shots at Old Harry, Durdle Door and Kimmeridge.
I have attached a couple of images from the last day including a shot of the Antony Gormley stature which blew over in September and has not yet been re-erected. Very sad.

New Forest Autumn Colours.
Had a great day in the forest with David Featherstone. David is a Leica user and we spent the 1-2-1 day searching out locations for the autumn colours and fungi.
Starting my 3 day course on Monday so looking forward to more shoots and hopefully some great light.
